The Vine welcomed its first homeowners in 2008, and today we’re proud to still have several original owners who helped shape the foundation of our community.
What began as a vision for connected urban living has grown into a vibrant neighborhood defined by its people, location, and spirit.
From the beginning, residents have felt a special connection to this place — whether drawn by the walkable Uptown lifestyle, the mature trees on Carlisle, or the blend of privacy and proximity.

Community Leadership
The Vine is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of dedicated homeowners. They work closely with our management company to maintain property values, oversee community finances, and uphold our community standards.

The Vine HOA is professionally managed by Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC).
WRMC provides a dedicated team of professionals who support our community with expertise in accounting, collections, resale coordination, and day-to-day operations.
