Erik has served on The Vine’s HOA Board since 2021 and became President in 2023. With 17 years as a resident, he brings deep community knowledge and a commitment to transparency and engagement. Erik is passionate about proactive communication, especially through the monthly newsletter, and values initiatives that strengthen neighborhood pride. He welcomes feedback through in-person conversations and enjoys opera, football weekends, and dreaming up community events like food truck gatherings. His vision for The Vine includes enhanced landscaping and a stronger sense of connection among residents.

Chris has served as Board Secretary for two years, ensuring accurate records and clear communication across the HOA. A 10-year resident of The Vine, he’s passionate about beautification and community involvement. Chris enjoys connecting with neighbors through events and encourages residents to join committees to make a difference. He’s proud of his work on budgeting and reserve planning, and values feedback through in-person conversations and meetings. A lifelong Minnesota Vikings fan, Chris enjoys lake weekends and dreams of hosting a neighborhood cookout to bring residents together.

Mark Allen has lived at The Vine for over a decade and joined the HOA Board in 2023 to help strengthen the community’s financial foundation. As Treasurer, he oversees budgeting, payments, and financial planning, with a focus on transparency and long-term sustainability. Mark is passionate about implementing the reserve study and enhancing communication between residents and the board. A former educator, he values collaboration and encourages neighbors to get involved through meetings, the portal, and community initiatives. His favorite neighborhood feature is its walkability, and he’s always up for a good trivia night.

Robert has served on The Vine’s HOA Board for over five years, representing homeowners and fostering community engagement. A resident for 12 years, he brings a deep understanding of the neighborhood and a commitment to fair, inclusive decision-making. Robert’s focus this year is on achieving a balanced budget and strengthening reserves to support long-term goals. He’s proud of initiatives that bring residents together and values open communication through in-person conversations and email. Originally from Southern California, Robert enjoys poker nights and weekends at The Loon.

Peter joined the Board in Fall 2025, inspired to serve the neighborhood he loves after attending a community meeting. A nine-year resident, he was drawn to The Vine’s Uptown location for its walkability and easy access to the Katy Trail. Peter is focused on standards and reserves, specifically ensuring adequate resources for future needs, and is a "Champion of Curb Appeal" aiming to refresh unit front doors. A Coastal California transplant and former amateur auto racer, he is now an avid cyclist often found on the trails around White Rock Lake. Peter believes participation is key to a vibrant community.
