Sewer Cleanouts

Primary cleanouts are usually located on the ground behind each garage. Keep this area clear of heavy debris so plumbers can access it quickly.

Find Your Gas Meter

Gas meters are grouped together on the exterior walls of specific buildings. Use the interactive map below to find your building's location. Click on the flame icon nearest your unit to view a photo and layout of your specific meter bank.

Fire Safety & Prevention

Prevention Tips

  • Cooking: Never leave cooking unattended. Keep flammable items away from open flames.
  • Heaters: Be extremely cautious with portable heaters; ensure they have tip-over protection.
  • Candles: Always extinguish candles before leaving a room or going to bed.
  • Smoke Detectors: Test monthly. Replace backup batteries annually.

Extinguishers

Keep an ABC-rated fire extinguisher in these key areas:

  • Kitchen: Within 30 feet of the stove (but not directly next to it).
  • Garage: Due to stored flammable materials.
  • Each Floor: At least one per level near exit points.

*Only fight a fire if it is small, you have an exit behind you, and you know how to operate it.
