Overview
This project focused on the complete removal of aging iron fencing and the installation of a new, high-performance perimeter. We partnered with Parker Construction and Fence LLC to install powder-coated fencing that offers superior durability against chipping, scratching, and fading.
The upgrade enhances community security, improves curb appeal with a uniform look, and reduces long-term maintenance costs.

Scope of Work
The project was executed in two primary phases: installation of the physical infrastructure and remediation of subsurface utilities affected by the construction.
Fencing Replacement
Replaced aging iron fencing with powder-coated materials to enhance aesthetics and property value. The new finish is highly durable, resisting harsh weather, and provides a clean, uniform look.
System Repairs
Addressed infrastructure impacted during the tear-down. This included specific sprinkler system repairs and wire repairs for construction damage to ensure full landscape functionality.
