Scope of Work
The scope encompasses the replacement of damaged fence pickets and top trim boards, power washing both sides of the fence, surface preparation, and the application of new stain to restore and protect the fence system.
Repair & Prep
Power washing both sides of the fence (requiring onsite water access), removing and replacing damaged 1"x6" pickets and top trim boards, and handling the removal/disposal of all replaced materials. Any attached signs will be temporarily removed and reinstalled after staining is complete.
Stain
Extensive surface preparation followed by the application of new stain to both sides of the 6' fence and the gas meter bay. The stain color will be matched to the existing color as closely as possible.
