Scope of Work
The project focused on paver walkway repairs at the Vine. The primary scope included removing and replacing stones, grinding or removing roots causing displacement, and filling joints.
Stone & Mortar Repair
The initial assessment required removing and replacing stones in 32 locations and replacing mortar in 21 locations.
Expanded Scope
A Change Order was approved to remove and replace the stone walkway at a specific Unit, identified as a necessary addition by the Board.
