Scope of Work

The scope was divided into two distinct zones to address the unique needs of the street-facing vs. interior units.

Bowen Street (Units 31–34)

Focused on erosion control and privacy. Bushes were added to the frontage, and river rocks were installed to mitigate soil runoff and manage water flow effectively.

Interior (Units 35–43)

Prioritized uniformity and safety. Ground cover was filled in, and new beds were created to provide a common look. A significant dip in the ground was leveled and sodded to improve usability.
