Parking Guidelines

Important rules and registration requirements for community parking.

Parking is a valuable amenity at our community. We need everyone's cooperation to ensure adequate guest parking is available and that only authorized vehicles are parked within our community.

General Parking Rules

Please review the following general parking rules. These rules will be strictly enforced:

Using the Parking App

Parking Attendant Platform

The available parking within the community is designated primarily for visitors/guests, and guest parking is strictly limited to 168 hours per month per condo to ensure fair access.

Please review the two different app actions below. You will need your private Unit passcode for both. (If you do not know your code, please contact Customer Care at 855-435-4596).

ACTION 1: Register Your Resident Vehicle

A one-time requirement for all residents.

  1. Go to TheVine.parkingattendant.com
  2. Scroll down to the "Register Resident Vehicle" section.
  3. Tap the blue "Register" button.
  4. Complete the form (License Plate, Condo #, Passcode, Make/Model) and submit.

ACTION 2: Start a Guest Parking Session

Required EVERY TIME a vehicle parks in a guest space (including your own resident vehicle).

  1. Go to TheVine.parkingattendant.com
  2. Under the top "Guest Parking" section, tap the blue "Register" button.
  3. Complete the form to initiate your active session. Remember, guest sessions count toward your 168-hour monthly limit.

HOA Enforcement & Fines

The Board of Directors, supported by a volunteer Parking Committee, works diligently to verify compliance and ensure fair access to amenities. Violation reports are reviewed at the end of each month by the Association. Please be aware of the following enforcement procedures for the misuse of parking spaces:

1. Misuse of Guest Parking

Registered resident vehicles parked in guest parking spaces without a valid guest parking permit are considered in violation of the Association's parking rules. This includes residents using guest spaces for convenience or overflow without proper registration, and vehicles that are registered to a unit but lack an active guest permit when parked in guest-designated areas.

2. Final Warning Threshold

Any unit with five or more violations in a single month will receive a final violation notice. This letter will outline the expectation that all vehicles parked on site are required to follow the parking rules and expectations, the requirement to register all vehicles using guest parking, and a warning that continued noncompliance may result in fines or suspension of parking privileges.

3. Fines for Ongoing Violations

After receiving a final notice, any subsequent violation within six months—from either the date of the notice or the last fine assessed (whichever is later)—will result in a $25 fine per occurrence. Repeated misuse may result in suspension of guest parking privileges or towing at the owner's expense.
