Our Goal is Cooperation: Community Associations have the responsibility of maintaining harmony within the community and protecting property values. Fines are strictly a last resort.
Please note: Exceptions to the standard timelines below may apply if previous violations have been noted, in accordance with the governing documents.A courtesy notice is sent if an inspection finds that conditions at a property do not meet the community standards. The Board will respectfully request that you correct the condition by a specific date. If you feel the notice was sent in error, you are encouraged to contact management.
If the issue remains unresolved, a formal violation notice is sent with a final date to cure. You have the right to a hearing to verify the facts and resolve the dispute. You must make a written request for this hearing within 30 days.
In the event that corrective action is not complete, the Association can, in its discretion, refer the violation to the Association's attorney for legal remedy, send vendors onto the property to remedy the violation, or impose a fine.
