Landscaping Committee
Led by Lynn Nicks, the Landscaping Committee helps shape the visual character of The Vine. From seasonal plantings to long-term strategy, this team collaborates with vendors and residents to keep our green spaces vibrant, welcoming, and well-maintained.
- Participate in regular walkthroughs with landscaping vendors.
- Provide feedback on maintenance and design improvements.
- Help guide seasonal enhancements and planting priorities.
- Collaborate on visual upgrades that boost curb appeal.

Recent Highlights
Conducted recent landscape walks to assess seasonal needs. Collaborated with vendors on 2025 Enhancements, including filling in ground cover to address erosion between Units 45–61, installing ground cover along Hall St., and implementing erosion control measures at the alley entrance.
Maintenance Committee
The Maintenance Committee helps ensure The Vine remains safe, functional, and well cared for. From routine repairs to long-term planning, this team supports the systems and structures that keep our community running smoothly.
- Participate in quarterly visual inspections.
- Identify and prioritize repair needs across common areas.
- Provide input on maintenance schedules and vendor performance.
- Collaborate on improvement projects and infrastructure upgrades.
- Support budgeting and planning for long-term maintenance goals.

Social Committee
The Social Committee plans and hosts events that foster connection, fun, and community spirit at The Vine. From seasonal gatherings to casual meetups, this team helps make The Vine feel like home.
- Plan and host at least two to three events per year for the community.
- Coordinate the logistics, themes, and outreach for the events.

Holiday Decorating Committee
The Holiday Decorating Committee adds seasonal magic to The Vine by planning, installing, and maintaining decorations in common areas. From twinkling lights to themed displays, this team helps create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The committee also oversees our annual decorating competition and hosts a community awards ceremony!
